North Coast EV was founded in 2009 with the goal of providing the citizens of Humboldt County and beyond with fully electric transportation alternatives. North Coast EV is dedicated to providing electric vehicle conversions, custom light weight Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), and general electric vehicle service and consultation. We cater to individuals who wish to reduce their dependence on petroleum and the financial burden of filling their gas tanks.
Clientele are encouraged to use sustainable technologies such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric to sustain the electrical demand for their transportation purposes; however this is not necessary in order to reduce carbon emissions and fuel expenditures.

In addition, many if not all of the components that are installed are backed by warranties through their respective manufacturers. If a problem should arise, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
